• All cooking oil used in deep fat fryers, approximately 1,000 lbs per week, is recycled
• Use of a pulper reduces Regatta’s solid waste reduced to one tenth of usual waste
• Recycling containers available in Discovery
• Tray-less Service to reduce solid, liquid and food waste

• Re-usable takeout containers for Residential Diners
• Recycling of cardboard boxes
